This dialog allows you to send feedback and\or report a bug.

To do it follow these easy steps:

1. Choose the type of comment you would like to send.

2. Enter your Name (optional)

3. Enter your Email address (optional)

4. Enter your comments in the big edit box.
   NOTE: If you are reporting a bug, please provide the following information:

• An exact description of the bug (how can it be reproduced?)

• Version number and release date of Slawdog Smart Shutdown (see Help-About Slawdog Smart Shutdown)

• Windows version (see Help-About Slawdog Smart Shutdown) and Internet Explorer version

• Hardware configuration of your computer -- motherboard model and producer (e.g. ASUS CUBX, DELL Optiplex)

5. Click the "Send" button.
